They were friendly, cute and accommodating, providing the high-quality customer service experience I was looking for. The hotel facilities were also great, with a natural pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. the location was just perfect, with easy access to cable cars and restaurants. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good variety and was very delicious.

We were blown away by the exceptional customer service and friendliness of the staff at this luxurious hotel. Despite being unwell during our stay, we were incredibly well taken care of, with our every need catered to. The staff went above and beyond, even offering to drive us between hotels when we checked out. We have never experienced such outstanding service anywhere else in Europe.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The breakfast was satisfying with plenty of options. the location was great, as it was close to popular attractions. the rooms were spacious and had a stunning view of the mountains. the outdoor pool was perfect for cooling off after a long day of exploring.
The cleanliness of the room was an issue, as we found the bathroom to be dirty upon our arrival. There was also a smell in the room that was quite unpleasant and never seem to go away.

We had a weekend away in the mountains and enjoyed a great breakfast selection and spacious rooms with mountain views. The location was also convenient with easy access to lifts and nearby restaurants. We appreciated the natural pool after a long hike.
Our stay was ruined by the extremely rude staff. They seemed inconvenienced and annoyed by any of our requests or questions.
